1. Al-Rafiq Optical does not offer ‘Returns’ for any of products.
2. All products purchased from our online store can be exchanged within 07 days of delivery only if:

• Exchange request is made within the stated time frame.
• The product is damaged, defected or incomplete at the time of delivery.
• The received product(s) differed from the original order.
• The product is not used in any way.
• The product is in its original and undamaged packing (carefully opened package will not be considered as damaged).
• In case of exchange shipment delivery and handling charges will not be considered.
