We are confident that you’ll like our product. We do our best to ensure that all frames and lenses are processed to accuracy and the prescription as well as specific needs that our customers requested. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Eyeglasses, you may contact us at info@alrafiqoptical.com
- Al-Rafiq Optical does not offer ‘Returns’ for any of products.
- All products purchased from our online store can be exchanged within 07 days of delivery only if:
- Exchange request is made within the stated time frame.
- The product is damaged, defected or incomplete at the time of delivery.
- The received product(s) differed from the original order.
- The product is not used in any way.
- The product is in its original and undamaged packing (carefully opened package will not be considered as damaged).
- In case of exchange shipment delivery and handling charges will not be considered.
